本中心提供原住民學生在學校內有一個文化交流的青年聚會所，將會在校內、外舉辦多項推廣原住民文化的活動，凝聚原民生的向心力，使各族群年輕人的文化交流，分享原鄉共有之原民文化，認識並學習其他原民族群保存他們文化的積極與經營方式，進而可以回饋部落進而傳承文化，同時協助原住民學生提昇校園適應力和外語能力。
